Creamery’s Nu-Supreme is an economical and firm-bodied
alternative to sour cream that possesses good blending
ability and high yield in mixing applications. An ideal
base for dips and dressings, Nu-Supreme is also excellent
for baking, tabletop usage and other
recipes that call for a great tasting sour cream substitute
that will maintain it’s flavor and consistency
with exposure to heat.

Cultured pasteurized grade A skim milk, partially
hydrogenated vegetable oil (contains one or
more of
the following: coconut oil, cottonseed oil, palm
kernel oil, soybean oil) contains less than 2%
of each of the following ingredients: modified
food starch, mono & di-glycerides, soy protein
isolates, guar gum, sodium phosphate, locust
bean gum, and potassium sorbate.
