all-natural, reduced-fat, Cheddar-style cheese is a
healthier alternative to full-fat cheeses. Firm, smooth
bodied and made from part-skim pasteurized cow’s
milk, Tacolada® is slower melting, ideal for shredding
and excellent in hot or cold cooking applications as
an ingredient or a topping.
